GIRLS GYMNASTICS
Girls ages four to six can enroll in these one-hour classes for once or twice a week a great beginning to your gymnastics journey! Girls will learn all the events of olympic gymnastics and trampoline. Basic skills such as cart-wheels, handstands, flexibility will be taught to lead to higher level skills.

Girls Showcase class is an hour and a half class for beginner to advanced recreational gymnasts for age groups 6-8 and 9-15. They will train in this program at a progressive pace with top coaching staff.

For those girls looking for a taste of more detailed training but no commitment for competition. This is a great step up from the recreational showcase girls class. You must be referred by a coach or be tested to join this class.
