GIRLS GYMNASTICS
Girls ages four to six can enroll in these one-hour classes for once or twice a week a great beginning to your gymnastics journey! Girls will learn all the events of olympic gymnastics and trampoline. Basic skills such as cart-wheels, handstands, flexibility will be taught to lead to higher level skills.

Girls Showcase class is an hour and a half class for beginner to advanced recreational gymnasts for age groups 6-8 and 9-15. They will train in this program at a progressive pace with top coaching staff.

For those girls looking for a taste of more detailed training but no commitment for competition. This is a great step up from the recreational showcase girls class. You must be referred by a coach or be tested to join this class.

Important Competitive Team Update
Date: June 6th 2023
To: All Gymnastic Giants Families,
After much thought and deliberation, we Gymnastic Giants have come to the conclusion to allow club members to wear shorts over their competitive leotard during competition.
We will respect the religious and mental needs of our families and their children.
We do encourage the girls to wear just the traditional leotard but will allow the shorts going forward.
The shorts worn must be “bicycle” type shorts and can be either black colour or a matching colour the same as the leotard.
This will be effective immediately June 6th 2023.
